Thank you for your interest in the Midland Evangelical Free Church (Midland Free) facility and property. Our priority is to serve the needs of our church members and regular attenders.
We also open our church building to community groups and events when they align with our church Vision and Mission, and as space, resources, and scheduling allow.
We are not currently scheduling events for individuals or activities with no affiliation to Midland Free, or our Vision and Mission.
FACILITY USE HOURS
Our facility is generally open between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM; and some evenings throughout the week.
Saturday events must end by 5:00 PM.
FACILITY USE RESERVATIONS
A minimum of TWO WEEKS in advance of an event is required for facility reservations. Midland Free will not guarantee or confirm facility requests for non-church events, or community groups and organizations until three months prior to the date of the event. Please contact the church office at 989-631-4411 with any questions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use only the rooms and resources reserved to you and your group.
- Each group is responsible to set up their own chairs, tables, etc.
- Each group is responsible for returning all chairs, tables, equipment, etc. to align with the Room Layout Diagram that is posted in each classroom.
- Each group is responsible for tidying up any spaces used, including removal of trash and food from the room(s), wiping down tables and countertops and vacuuming as needed.
- Children under the age of 18 must be supervised by two adults at all times if not with their parents.
- Each group is responsible for contacting their Ministry Liaison or the church office if the event is cancelled.
