About X-treeme
X-treeme is the high school youth ministry at Midland Evangelical Free Church.
Our Name is… “X” = Christ | “Tree” = The Cross | “Me” = me
Which means “Jesus died on a tree for me.” This comes from 1 Peter 2:24.
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed. ~ 1 Peter 2:24
Jesus is what X-treeme is all about! You really won’t find a more passionate love and greater reason for living in all of the universe. So, bottom line, we are about JESUS. We are living out Jesus Christ’s love and truth imperfectly, but passionately.

SUNDAY NIGHTS
X-treeme meets weekly on Sunday nights from 6:00 to 8:00 PM during the school year (September – May).

SUnday School | 9:00 AM
Join us on Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM during the school year (September – May) for a powerful time of Bible study, small groups, and some great conversations. Grades 9th – 12th will meet in room 204.
The goal of our Sunday School program is to equip you to know God’s Word and how to apply it to grow into spiritually mature disciples of Christ.
OUR DESIRED OUTCOME:
- Annually: Students mature in a faith relationship with Jesus Christ and understand more deeply who He is, who they are in Christ and how to follow Him.
- Overall: Students graduate with a healthy Biblical foundation and an authentic experience of encountering the Living God of the Bible to walk with Him daily into their future.
DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS
Are you looking for authentic relationships with your peers?
Join a Discipleship Group (DG)!
A DG is a small group of up to 10 male or female students of the same grade. They meet weekly during the school year. Two adults who want to invest in your life lead the group.
We want you to stay in the same group as you grow together in Christ from 7th grade through graduation. Students can join a DG any time, but most DG’s begin in the fall.
