After finding Jesus in High School, Ben pursued his ministry education at Kuyper College of Grand Rapids. A Michigan native, Ben has lived in several parts of the USA and served in youth and family related ministry for over 20 years. Ben loves to teach, encourage, and coach others into deeper levels of their discipleship walk; and believes that God genuinely wants to teach people to be an incredible light in a darkened world. He is thrilled to worship, love, and serve alongside the Midland Free family.
His favorite thing to do is spend time with his wife, Melissa, and their 3 daughters, and when you don’t see Ben involved in whatever the church is doing, you’ll probably find him cheering on the Red Sox, kicking a soccer ball, or making saw dust.
