He has been serving as the Care & Connections Pastor since 2001. Gib and his wife, Caroline, met in high school and have been married since 1977. Pastor Chuck shepherds and leads disciple-making in the youth ministry for 6th – 12th graders. He came to Midland Free as a Youth Pastor in October 1995 after serving at a Methodist Church in Brick, New Jersey.
