Josh Scott serves as our Creative and Technical Arts Director. He is also the Communications Ministry leader. He comes to us with a broad background in technology, video production, and creative arts. A Midland native, Josh has a passion for using his technical skills to serve and honor God and build up the church. We are excited and grateful to have Josh on our ministry team!

Terra Carpenter has been serving on the Midland Free staff since September of 2010 and she keeps our church and facility running smoothly! Every area of ministry in our church depends on her and her staff for support. We are thankful for Terra as she brings joy, courage, kindness, integrity, and excellence to to her work. Cindy Hannon took over as our accountant in October 2025. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from Columbia College, MO, (minors in Finance and Management) and following her heart for missions, also obtained an M.A. in Global Studies and an M.A. in Teaching ESL from Liberty University, enriching her communication skills. After graduating with a degree in Communication, Skye began her career in the hospitality industry, which allowed her to live in various parts of the country. During this time, she was able to nourish her deep love for travel and a greater appreciation for God’s creation. Mike is on staff at Midland Free as the Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor. He has been attending Midland Free for a long time, serving in several areas as a volunteer. Grace Warner has been attending Midland Free since she was born. Her father is former Midland Free Youth Pastor Chuck Lloyd, so Grace always had a love for being at church and for youth Ministry. After High school Grace moved to Butler, PA for 18 months to serve full time with Fishbone Ministries. Upon moving back to Midland Grace worked in the service industry.
