VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Sunday, April 27 – May 3, 2025
As in previous years, we will need MANY volunteers to help sort, organize, and price items during the week. You must be a member or attender of Midland Free to volunteer at our Rummage Sale.
DEPARTMENT COORDINATORS:
- Department Coordinators for the following areas: Toys, Linens, Baby, Sporting Goods/Hardware Co-Coordinator, and Cashiers.
- If you would like to volunteer as a Department Coordinator, please email Melanie Haines at rummagesale@midlandfree.org.
ORANIZATION WEEK VOLUNTEERS:
- Help organize and price for an hour or an afternoon. Lunch is provided for those who volunteer for several hours.
- We also need Cashiers on the days of the sale and Bake Sale workers for Friday only.

DONATE BAKED GOODS
We will also have a Bake Sale during the Rummage Sale, so please start thinking about delicious treats you would like to prepare for the event.
Please register to donate baked goods so we know how many items to expect.
PROCEEDS
All proceeds from the Rummage Sale will benefit our youth mission trips and adult short-term mission trips.
2025 RUMMAGE SALE DONATION DROP OFF
We’re excited to announce that the RUMMAGE SALE is coming back in 2025. Let’s make this one the BIGGEST and BEST one ever!
DONATION DAYS
Please set aside your items to donate and bring them to the church at the south entrance area at the times listed below. Non-cash contribution receipts will be available for donations.
- Sunday, April 27, 2025 | Noon – 5:00 pm
- Monday, April 28, 2025 | 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
RUMMAGE SALE – COME AND SHOP
Please spread the word and plan to shop during the following times:
- Friday, May 2, 2025 | 9:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Saturday, May 3, 2025 | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
