Annual Business Meeting

All members of Midland Free are called to the Annual Business Meeting on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the Worship Center.
BUSINESS MEETING PACKET
The Business Meeting Packet, which includes the Agenda for the Business Meeting will be available and emailed to members by May 18, 2025.
PROXY
If you will not be in attendance for the Business Meeting but have asked someone to vote on your behalf, you will need to fill out the Proxy Voter Form.
An attending member may vote proxy for only one absent member. Proxy requests must be submitted in advance of the meeting no later than 12:00 pm (noon) on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: Proxies do NOT count towards a quorum, and we must have a quorum (30% of the Regular Membership) present at the meeting to conduct business.
Please make every effort to attend, or have another member vote for you by proxy.
